Jr. Accounts Executive

We are looking for experience Jr. Accounts Executive, Accountant to manage all Accounts operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions for an IT company.

Account Assistant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.

Junior accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

What You Do :

• Tally
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Making Invoices
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Email Writing
• Microsoft Office
• knowledge of income tax
• Knowledge of GST

What You Need :

• A minimum of 6months of experience as Accounts Assistant, Jr. Accountant or Trainee Accounts Person
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
