JR ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices with accuracy.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Maintain and organize bills, ledgers, and supporting financial documents.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Handle petty cash and routine office expense management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in work, and basic understanding of accounting principles.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST & TDS processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
