Junior Accountant.

2 years of accounting experience,

Job Title: Junior Accountant
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years(If worked under CA- 1 Year)
Location: Ahmedabad Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Budget: Upto 20k to 35k

Experience Criteria:

If the candidate has experience working in a CA firm, 1 year of experience is acceptable.
Otherwise, a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Certification in Tally or similar accounting software preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including cash/bank entries (Payment, Receipt, Contra), and expense documentation.
Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and creditor/debtor ledgers.
Generate tax/proforma invoices, record purchase and expense entries accurately.
Handle timely vendor payments, petty cash, and prepare expense claims for managers.
Support month/year-end closing activities and maintain proper documentation including printing and filing.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
Experience in financial reporting and book-keeping.
