Jr. Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounts, record-keeping, and assisting in financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable transactions.
• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related queries.
• Assist senior accountants in audits and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Tally/ERP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
