Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Help with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Organize and file accounting documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Support the senior accountant during audits and financial reviews.
Handle petty cash management and employee reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Respond to basic queries from vendors, customers, and internal departments.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Attention to detail
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Organizational skills
Basic understanding of financial documents (invoices, ledgers, bank statements)
Verbal and written communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality

Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books
MS Excel (Advanced)
GST (if in applicable countries like India)
Basic Taxation or Bookkeeping Courses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,615.29 - ₹15,065.36 per month
