About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join International Banking Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients, assisting them with their banking queries, transactions, and concerns while ensuring a world-class service experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to international banking products and services.
  
• Provide accurate information on account details, transactions, payments, and banking solutions.
  
• Assist customers with technical or service-related queries (online banking, mobile apps, cards, etc.).
  
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues where necessary.
  
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
  
• Ensure adherence to HSBCs service standards, regulatory guidelines, and data confidentiality policies.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
  
• Achieve performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
