Job Overview

• Role:

  Customer Support Executive

• Experience:

  1 – 5 Years

• Education:

  Any Graduate (Experienced undergraduates may also be considered)

• Location:

  Hi-Tech City Phase II, Madhapur, Hyderabad

• Work Mode:

  Work From Office (WFO)

• Shift:

  7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shifts)

• Working Days:

  Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Role Responsibilities

• Interact with US-based customers/clients professionally
• Work on

  Eligibility Verification (EBV)

  and

  US Healthcare processes

• Analyze

  EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)

  to ensure claims are processed accurately
• Assist with insurance claims, coding, and billing
• Follow up with insurance companies and patients for payment updates
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and healthcare providers

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with US healthcare processes is a

• Willingness to work night shifts and from office
