Designation Mentor Chat Support- Executive Location 3 Chat Support Executives (Mumbai) Job purpose FutureX is an innovative Magic Bus Livelihood program at scale. It is a 9 week program on life and employability skills which is delivered to the young people by trained Magic Bus trainers. The youths attend offline and online sessions, engage in peer learning and group work, do self- learn, undertake assignments and assessments throughout the program. In this journey, they will also be able to ask questions about the program, their learning outcomes and about placements. This will be enabled by the Chat Support team which will provide information and guidance to young people over and above the support of the trainers. The Mentor Chat Support Executive will be responsible for providing one one-on-one customized support to the assigned young people during the program. She/he is responsible for ensuring that quality chat inputs are given to the young people which is in alignment with the program goals and objectives.
