The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced mechanical engineer with a background in implementing new technologies, managing maintenance operations, and leading facility expansion projects in a fast-paced startup. Job Responsibilities Identify opportunities for automation and mechanization to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Evaluate, select, and implement new machinery and equipment for new product lines and process improvements. Optimize existing production processes through mechanical upgrades and automation. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to equipment operation and maintenance.
