We are expanding our team and seeking experienced credit professionals to join our Rajkot branch. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Credit Officer to oversee and manage the credit evaluation process for auto finance loans. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our loan portfolio, assessing risk, and supporting business growth with sound credit decisions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate loan applications, conduct credit risk analysis, and approve/recommend credit decisions in line with company policies. Perform financial analysis of borrowers including income assessment, credit history, and other risk factors. Visit clients (as required) for verifications and field assessments. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless loan processing. Monitor overdue accounts and assist in the formulation of collection strategies. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory credit policies. Prepare and present credit reports and MIS to management. Assist in training and mentoring junior credit staff. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA/ICWA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit appraisal, preferably in auto finance or NBFC sector. Strong knowledge of credit underwriting processes and risk assessment. Familiarity with local markets and demographics in and around Rajkot. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools.
