The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and upholding quality standards across all creative activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics & Coordination Plan and manage logistics for internal and external shoots, including transportation arrangements and porter services. Coordinate pick-up and return of outfits, accessories, and props from stores, designers, and vendors. Source and procure shoot essentials such as props, stationery, and other requirements. Oversee timely delivery and return of products between warehouses, stores, and shoot locations, maintaining accurate records. Identify, onboard, and manage reliable vendors for props, transport, and shoot requirements. 2. Inventory & Quality Management Perform product quality checks before and after shoots to ensure standards are met. Maintain detailed product return records and share timely updates with the team. Prepare inventory lists for shoots and shipments. Oversee product packing, handling, and dispatch to ensure safe delivery. 3. Shoot Support Assist during shoots with on-ground coordination, product placement, arrangement, and styling setup. Ensure all logistical requirements are in place, including location preparation and equipment handling. 4. Expense & Reporting Management Track and monitor expenses related to styling, logistics, and procurement. Share operational cost reports with the marketing and finance teams for budgeting and reconciliation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered. Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role—preferably in marketing, styling, or content production. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for documentation and reporting.
