Job Title: Jr. Export & Import Executive
Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai (Relocating to Andheri East by year-end)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Raw Materials
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary: Up to 25,000/month (Hike based on previous role)
Type: Full-Time | On-site

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

A reputed Mumbai-based company with 30+ years in importing/distributing specialty raw materials used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and personal care products.

Role Summary:
Looking for a Jr. Executive to manage import/export logistics, documentation, and vendor coordination. Pharma sector experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise POs and coordinate with suppliers & forwarders
• Negotiate freight, process payments (Advance, LC, BL terms)
• Ensure timely shipments & document verification
• Handle customs clearance & bank submissions

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in import/export
• Knowledge of trade documentation & compliance
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication & coordination skills
