PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute equity sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets. Build his own Team & P&L. Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), and retail investors. Promote and sell equity and related financial products, including stocks, ETFs, and derivatives. Stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations. Identify and onboard new clients while retaining and expanding the existing client base. Collaborate with research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management. . This position reports to Branch Manager/ Cluster Head Academic requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (NISM certifications preferred). Location Indore Experience 25 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role.
