About the Role As an Area Sales Manage r you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong customer relationships within a designated geographical area. The ASM will implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand positioning. It also involves identifying leads for new stores and onboarding new clients. What you will be doing Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Travel within the assigned territory to engage with customers and sales teams effectively and to identify new business opportunities. Account Management - Coordinate and collaborate with Store Partners and Management Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners for store expansion, especially in high-potential micro-markets. What we would like to see in you 3+ years of relevant experience as a Key Account/ Area Sales Manager Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach. Growth Mindset Strong leadership and team management skills. Stakeholder Management and relationship building Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Role & responsibilities Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements. Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments. Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bike and van deliveries. Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards. Sorting shipment as per defined routes. Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs. Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails. Execute ERP Transaction.
