Job Title: Loader – 20L Bubble Top Cans Department: Operations / Logistics Location: [OMR, Koyambedu, Ponmar] Reporting To: Godown Incharge / Operations Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based Job Summary: The Loader is responsible for safely handling, lifting, and loading/unloading 20-liter bubble top water cans from the storage area to delivery vehicles and vice versa. This role requires physical strength, discipline, and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload 20L water cans onto and from delivery vehicles as per route plan. Ensure all cans are properly sealed and scanned using the QR code scanner (if required). Stack filled and empty cans in the godown according to FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Assist the driver in route delivery if required. Handle all cans with care to avoid spillage or breakage. Follow all safety protocols while lifting heavy cans (approx. 20 kg each). Report any damaged or leaking cans to the Godown Incharge. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the loading area and vehicle. Support in physical stock counting as and when required. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8th/10th standard pass (preferred). Prior experience in loading/unloading in logistics or delivery operations is a plus. Physically fit and capable of lifting 20 kg cans repeatedly. Basic discipline and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in flexible shifts (morning/evening). Working Conditions: Work is physically demanding and may involve outdoor conditions.
