Process Associate – UK Operation Department : Accounts and Tax We’re a team of accounts professionals who deliver the standard accounting and taxation solutions to our clients based in United Kingdom. We use tech-enabled platforms to deliver a first-class service to our clients which include all or part of their back-office accounting & taxation function or handling their compliances. Our service is flexible and scalable to help meet changing business needs in a complex environment and it’s powered by our highly skilled people. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): · To perform general bookkeeping duties · To support with sales and purchase ledger transactional processing and review · To process invoices, bills etc · Making payment for clients · Banking transaction posting and account reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations · To Prepare VAT returns · To process Payroll · To prepare statutory accounts under applicable reporting standards and tax returns · Accounts Payable / Receivable Management · Ad-hoc duties as required to support the clients Qualifications, knowledge & experience · 2–4-year experience in a similar job profile · Graduate in Commerce (B. Com or BBA) · Good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP would be advantageous · Adaptable and flexible · Attention to detail. · Thinks beyond the square. · Ability to work well in a team · Proficient in accounting · Should be able to do multi-tasking & be flexible · Excellent time management and problem-solving skills · Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) · Team ethic · Ability to take direction, show initiative and work autonomously · Preference to Experience with Sage, XERO, Wave Accounting, FreshBooks, QBO, Zoho books, Kashflow, Clearbooks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: UK Accounts: 2 years (Preferred) Xero: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):  P reparation of Annual financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, and individuals  Preparation of Business / Instalment Activity Statements  Reviewing Weekly and Monthly bookkeeping and management reporting tasks including communication of performance with client  Process and system improvement both internally as well as externally  Various other tasks as required from time to time.  Preparation of management reports.  Liaise with clients in a confident and professional manner Qualifications, knowledge & experience  5–8-year experience in a similar job profile  Proven ability in managing workflow and willingness to coach and engage a vibrant team of accountants to deliver the very best outcomes for our clients and our business along with proactive organisation  High level of tax knowledge and be able to translate this knowledge to client outcomes  Be a highly motivated and proactive self-starter.  Confidence in interacting with clients and developing relationships  A strong work ethic which enables you to deliver A1 service to clients  Exceptional communication and presentation skills  A keen interest and proven experience in implementing technological and cloud-based solutions  Prior experience managing a small team  A passion and aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships  Prior experience using Xero, MYOB, QBO, Reckon Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
