Job Summary The Office Boy is responsible for general support tasks in the office, ensuring cleanliness, assisting with basic office operations, and providing refreshments. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and clean working environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and restrooms Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors Handle outdoor duties such as delivering documents, collecting items, or visiting banks/offices if required Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as directed Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, water, etc.) are stocked Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings Help with office furniture arrangement during meetings or events Monitor and report any maintenance issues in the office Dispose of waste and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained Follow instructions from admin/office manager and complete tasks on time Qualifications and Skills Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, kettle, microwave) Honest, reliable, and punctual Good hygiene and grooming Ability to understand and follow instructions Physically fit to handle minor lifting or movement of office items Work Schedule Full-time | Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable as per company policy) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Location: Koyambedu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
