Technical Recruiter Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to be a part of our HR Recruitment team. Primary responsibilities will be hiring for different technical positions. He/she will be responsible for reviewing, contacting, lining up the candidates for the interviews and taking feedbacks from the interviewers. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Job Responsibilities:- Write and post technical job descriptions. Identify specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls. Screening candidates and matching them to appropriate positions. Screening candidates for experience, availability, interest level, salary range, etc. Recruit through internal database, references and external entities such as Naukri, Indeed and professional networks on LinkedIn. Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Required Qualifications:- Minimum 0.6-3 years of working experience in Technical Recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
