Job Description:

We are hiring a confident and result-driven Female Recovery Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves managing fee recovery, follow-ups with students/parents, and maintaining proper communication to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make follow-up calls for fee recovery
• Maintain payment and recovery records
• Send reminders via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with the accounts/admissions team
• Handle fee-related queries professionally
• Achieve monthly recovery targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Punjabi, Hindi & basic English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Punctual and disciplined
