• Providing information: Answer customer questions and provide details about the company and its offerings
• Closing sales: Understand customer needs and close deals
• Handling complaints: Resolve customer issues and preserve the company's reputation
• Maintaining customer information: Keep customer databases updated and organized
• Meeting targets: Meet call conversion, lead conversion, and call volume targets
• Making reports: Document conversations and observations and report them to the team lead
• Customizing scripts: Memorize scripts and adapt them to the situation
• Building relationships: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients
