Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase the tractor loan portfolio in the assigned area Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in the rural areas of Jalore Meet with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable tractor loan products Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the bank's policies and procedures Monitor loan performance and take necessary actions to minimize delinquency and maximize collections Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the bank Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on rural banking and agri loans Strong understanding of the tractor loan market in Jalore, Rajasthan Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage Willingness to travel within the assigned area We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
