Conduct toolbox talks , support site HSE initiatives, and ensure compliance with steel plant safety protocols. Participate in site inspections, testing, commissioning , and handover processes. Candidate Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering . 4-8 years of proven experience in mechanical site execution in steel plants or heavy industrial projects. Strong technical expertise in welding, rigging, alignment, hydrotesting , and installation of heavy machinery. Sound knowledge of plant safety standards, isolation procedures , and work permits in a steel plant environment. Good leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently. Proficient in MS Office, and familiar with project reporting tools and strong knowledge in AutoCAD or other engineering software. Flexible to work at various project locations across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat , and during plant shutdowns or night shifts if required.

Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklist Coordinate with all Report promptly any abnormal observations to shift engineer Handover / takeover of equipment from maintenance Perform condition monitoring using LLF.
