Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly website layouts Transform wireframes, prototypes, and UI mock-ups into functional code Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices Implement UI/UX best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to improve functionality and user experience Maintain and update existing website code and design elements Optimize website performance for faster load times and a smooth user experience Requirements: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript Ability to create visually pleasing and functional UI components Experience with responsive design principles Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and cross-browser compatibility An understanding of code structure, semantic HTML, and SEO best practices is a plus Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications (but not mandatory): Experience with Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, or other design tools Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks or libraries (like React or jQuery) Familiarity with version control (Github) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
