Job Title : Site Supervisor – Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems Location : Gopalpur, Odisha Company : Innovation Technologies Accommodation : Provided by the company on shared basis Salary : 50K per month in hand (TDS if applicable) Work Hours: 9:30 am to 6 pm Weekly Off : Sunday Job Summary : Innovation Technologies is seeking a proactive, experienced and TRUSTWORTHY Site Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of Fire Alarm System (FAS) and Public Address System (PAS) project at our Gopalpur, Orissa location. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial systems, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing installations, subcontractors, and site safety. Key Responsibilities: • Site Execution & Supervision: o Supervise day-to-day installation activities of Fire Alarm and Public Address systems. o Coordinate and oversee work of subcontractors, technicians, and labourers on site. o Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met according to approved drawings and specifications. o Ensure material GRN is done on time and material is safe in container. Prevent any theft or loss of material o Maintain daily register of material inward / outward, employee attendance • Technical Oversight: o Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. o Conduct site surveys and verify installation requirements. o Provide hands-on support for cable laying, device mounting, termination, and testing. • Quality & Compliance : o Ensure installation work adheres to industry standards, local regulations, and company quality benchmarks. o Conduct quality checks & ensure functionality of FAS and PAS systems. Maintain site records, installation checklists, and testing documents. • Coordination & Communication: o Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. o Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Project Manager. o Manage site materials, tools, and inventory in coordination with procurement. o VERY IMPORTANT : Material Handling : Managing Inward- Outward reports of all material on site. Supervision of Material Container is must • Safety Management: o Enforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. o Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures proactively. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors Degree (BE/BTech) in Engineering Electrical/Electronics • 2-3 years of experience in supervising Fire Alarm and/or Public Address System installations. • Solid knowledge of FA-PA systems, NFPA standards, & system integration practices. • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings is a plus • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel or be stationed full-time at the Orissa site. • Stock/ Inventory management and handling including material & equipment inward outward report creation.
