Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and clients. Provide regular shipment updates and resolve customer queries. Handle documentation like COA, AZO test reports, MSDS, etc. Troubleshoot shipment or clearance issues and ensure quick resolution. Work on EDI software, customs duties, and CTH entries. Maintain excellent client relations and service records. Requirements: Graduate with 4+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or EXIM documentation. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in import/export procedures, software, and documentation. Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
