Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaulpur for a Block Manager. The Block Manager will oversee and manage programme implementation at the block level. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating programme outcomes, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring timely reporting. The role involves mobilizing community resources, organizing events, and maintaining effective communication with all parties involved. Qualifications Experience in project management, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination. Competence in monitoring and evaluation, training, and staff mentorship. Skills in data management, report writing, and effective communication. Ability to organize events, manage resources, and handle logistical arrangements. Proficiency in local language(s) and knowledge of local socio-economic contexts is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field preferred.
