Role & responsibilities Experience in maintenance of HEMM. Implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance practices. Monitoring of equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities. Hand on Experience with Heavy earth moving machinery (Loader, Excavator, Dumper, Dozer, etc.) Performs preventive maintenance inspections and on time service on machines. Daily coordination with the team with regards to all vehicles & machineries. Maintaining the optimum spares required for operating the equipment. Coordinating with store department to maintain spares inventory for critical items. Maintains and updates breakdown reports. Responsible for the efficient Asset Management of the Heavy Mining equipment by approaching maintenance as a continuous improvement process with the goal of safety, enhancing asset reliability and optimizing costs. Responsible for monitoring & audit of HEMM maintenance In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components in HEMM. Fuel consumption analysis Preferred candidate profile Candidates with deep knowledge of HEMM, good communication and presentation skills are preferred.
