RESPONSIBILITIES  Intimate repair cost and time and take customer’s approval.  Inform on pending jobs (if so) or future jobs to be carried out on the vehicle  Hand over and collect the instant feedback form from the customer  Inform next service due date and Kms, put stickers on the vehicle  Seeing off the customer after giving gate pass Specialized Knowledge & Skills  Graduate with experience in automobile dealership operations  Strong interpersonal skills  Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management  Can look beyond the initial customer enquiry and identify other business opportunities.
