Key Responsibilities: Drive secondary and primary sales in the assigned region Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives Identify growth opportunities, develop territory plans, and achieve targets Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities Ensure timely reporting and coordination with Head Office Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Commerce 6+ years of experience in pharma sales (minimum 2 years in RSM role) Strong knowledge of the Generic Retail/OTC segment Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Why Join Us?
