Key Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge & Awareness
• Explore and familiarize yourself with a wide range of aluminium plant products, gaining in-depth knowledge of their specifications and market demand.
• Market Development & Client Outreach

Conduct proactive visits to wholesalers, builders, dealers, and other industry stakeholders to develop new markets and build lasting business relationships.

• Client Interaction & Meetings

Engage in virtual or physical client meetings, presenting company offerings effectively, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Deliver detailed demonstrations and impactful presentations that emphasize product benefits, functionalities, and the unique value proposition.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market gaps, developing entry strategies, and executing plans to drive growth.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, transactions, and market movements to support strategic planning and reporting.

• Product Demonstration & Presentation
• Business Development Initiatives
• Record Keeping & Analysis
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and strategies for brand positioning.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, industrial visits, and business directories. Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products and convert leads into customers.Candidate Requirements

• MBA,BBA, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
