This leadership role demands strong operational oversight, team management, and strategic planning to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement within the plant. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee the entire production process from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Manage plant performance against key KPIs: output, efficiency, cost, quality, and safety. Ensure timely and accurate entries to ERP systems for production and inventory management. Optimize processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity reports, and performance metrics. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop the plant team, including production, maintenance, quality, and Planning & Customer Intraction.
