Job Description

Job Title: Trainer - Incense Stick Making (1) Fashion Design (1)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and practical hands-on training sessions in either Incense Stick Making or Fashion Design (covering basic stitching, design, and finishing techniques).
Support trainees in maintaining high quality control standards for their output.
Monitor and enhance productivity levels among trainees.
Provide effective mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering their skill development and confidence.
Maintain accurate records of training progress and session attendance.
Plan and prepare training sessions effectively to meet learning objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

For Incense Stick Making or Fashion Design:

ITI/Diploma in Fashion Design, Incense Stick (Agarbatti Making), or a related vocational course with a minimum of 5 years of teaching or training experience in tailoring or fashion design.
OR
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Fashion Design, Incense Stick (Agarbatti Making), or a related field, with 2-3 years of training experience in skill development programs.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of either incense sticks production processes or fashion design principles (including basic stitching, design, and finishing).
Exceptional patience and a proven ability to teach and mentor women from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in record-keeping and effective session planning.
Local language proficiency (Marathi/Hindi preferred, to effectively communicate with trainees).

Preferred Qualifications:

Having your own bike and a valid driving license will be preferred for local travel.
