Job Title: Trainer - Incense Stick Making (1) Fashion Design (1) Location: Pune, Maharashtra About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions in either Incense Stick Making or Fashion Design (basic stitching, design, finishing). The ideal candidate will be passionate about skill development, committed to quality, and capable of mentoring trainees from diverse backgrounds. This role is crucial for empowering individuals through vocational training and ensuring high standards of productivity and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and practical hands-on training sessions in either Incense Stick Making or Fashion Design (covering basic stitching, design, and finishing techniques). Support trainees in maintaining high quality control standards for their output. Monitor and enhance productivity levels among trainees. Provide effective mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering their skill development and confidence. Maintain accurate records of training progress and session attendance. Plan and prepare training sessions effectively to meet learning objectives. Qualifications & Experience: For Incense Stick Making or Fashion Design: ITI/Diploma in Fashion Design, Incense Stick (Agarbatti Making), or a related vocational course with a minimum of 5 years of teaching or training experience in tailoring or fashion design. OR Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Fashion Design, Incense Stick (Agarbatti Making), or a related field, with 2-3 years of training experience in skill development programs. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of either incense sticks production processes or fashion design principles (including basic stitching, design, and finishing). Exceptional patience and a proven ability to teach and mentor women from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in record-keeping and effective session planning. Local language proficiency (Marathi/Hindi preferred, to effectively communicate with trainees). Preferred Qualifications: Having your own bike and a valid driving license will be preferred for local travel.

The Trainers will be responsible for delivering hands-on skill development training, mentoring women trainees, ensuring quality production, and supporting the overall capacity-building efforts of the organization. Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities: • Create lesson plans/curriculum for English (Soft skills) / Communication Training for the students. • Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in learning English basic knowledge, sentence formation and communication skills (Verbal-Non-Verbal). • Constantly monitors and updates the quality of training and curriculum from time to time. • Track student progress and give them constructive feedback. • Create and conduct assessments and extra classes for weaker students. • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs. • Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager. Desired Skill Sets: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent command on English language. • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. • Willing to learn and adopt new skills. • Flexible in handling multiple tasks. • Excellent presentation, Feedback and coaching skills. • Good computer knowledge. Qualification: Post- Graduation in English Literature Experience: 2-4 years of teaching experience in English/Spoken English, workplace readiness and soft skills. Location: Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ludhiana, Patiala, Aurangabad, Nashik, Pune, Palghar, Raigad and Kalyan. Term: 3 years of fixed contract.
