The Role

We are seeking a seasoned PR & Government Liaison professional with 10+ years’ experience in public relations, corporate communication, journalism, or government affairs.

The ideal candidate will:

• Build influential government, bureaucracy, corporate, and media networks.
• Secure high-value media coverage across national newspapers, TV, and digital platforms.
• Identify and convert business development opportunities from government and corporate engagements.
• Represent Auromira at the highest levels with professionalism and impact.

You will report directly to the Managing Director & CEO and play a pivotal role in expanding our visibility and influence in Delhi NCR and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong networks in ministries, PSUs, corporate boardrooms, and media houses.
• Represent the company in high-profile meetings to secure collaborations and approvals.
• Craft and pitch compelling media stories, op-eds, and thought-leadership content.
• Identify PR-driven business opportunities and ensure internal follow-up for conversion.
• Align stakeholder briefs with multimedia and creative campaigns for maximum impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Essential:
• 10+ years in Public Relations / Corporate Affairs / Journalism / Government Liaison.
• Strong, current network across bureaucracy, government offices, and corporates.
• Proven experience in securing top-tier media coverage.
• Excellent command of English & Hindi (other Indian languages a plus).
• Editorial / senior journalism background preferred.
• Preferred:
• Experience with government media cells, PSU communication, corporate affairs roles.
• Strong grasp of policy, governance frameworks, and business-government relations.

Work Environment

• Reporting to: Managing Director & CEO
• Location: Delhi Unit (requires frequent travel to ministries, corporates & media offices)
• Nature: Senior leadership profile, full-time with field presence
