Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an employee at the Nike Online Factory Store. The role is based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, managing store stock levels, processing transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and providing an excellent customer service experience. The employee will also be responsible for learning in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to handle customer transactions efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage store inventory and maintain organizational standards
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and goals
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
• Prior experience in retail or a similar field is beneficial
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
