Company Description Soaron is a deep-tech startup pioneering drone technology for the construction industry. The company builds next-generation aerial platforms for automated painting, coating, and cleaning of high-rise and industrial structures. Incubated at IIT Madras Incubation Cell, Soaron solves large-scale industrial challenges by bringing precision, safety, and efficiency to the construction sector through advanced drone systems. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining drones for various industrial applications, conducting regular inspections and safety checks, and collaborating with the engineering team to develop and improve drone systems. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards and providing training and support to other team members. Qualifications Experience with drone operation and maintenance Proficiency in conducting inspections and safety checks Technical skills in engineering and understanding of drone systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
