Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Kotak Mahindra Bank, located in Jalandhar. As a team member, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking activities, delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and providing financial advice to clients. Additional tasks may include account maintenance, loan processing, and assisting with various banking products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's services and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Transaction Processing, Account Maintenance, and Loan Processing skills
• Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Financial Advising skills
• Knowledge of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
