Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Amritsar for a Job Title position. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing store staff, ensuring inventory is stocked and correctly displayed, assisting customers, and maintaining overall store cleanliness. Additional duties may include handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within a supermarket or retail environment is a plus
