About Us

Manjari Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving literacy and education outcomes in rural and semi-urban communities. We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Entry Operator to manage program-related data, ensure accuracy of records, and support monitoring & evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter baseline survey, attendance, and learner progress data into program databases.
• Prepare and share monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of both digital and paper-based records.
• Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities through basic data analysis.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and the Resource Coordinator to ensure timely data updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, MIS, or M&E in development/education projects.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic database management tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Salary

• ₹15,000 per month (as per program norms).
