We are looking for motivated and committed Field Supervisors to support our literacy program by mentoring volunteers, ensuring quality field implementation, and strengthening community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Volunteer Supervision: Manage, guide, and mentor a team of 10–12 volunteers (Jan Shikshak / community facilitators) . Provide regular feedback, motivation, and capacity-building support to volunteers. Field Monitoring & Support: Conduct routine field visits to schools, learning centers, and community spaces. Ensure quality delivery of literacy sessions and adherence to program guidelines. Support volunteers in resolving on-ground challenges related to attendance, learner engagement, or community participation. Data Verification & Reporting: Verify and consolidate volunteer reports, attendance records, and learner assessment data . Prepare monthly progress reports and submit them to the Resource Coordinator. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities and outcomes. Community Engagement: Facilitate parent and community meetings to encourage participation and ownership. Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to support program sustainability.
