Job Opportunity: SAP Costing - Morbi, Gujarat

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plant Costing Leadership and review

• Lead costing activities for the Nexion plant.
• Prepare and provide Costing Data, Cost MIS Reports, and Productivity metrics.
• Consult with Plant Stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare annual and monthly budgeted gross profit reports
• Track actual performance against budget and analyze deviations.
• Discuss findings and corrective actions with the Finance team.
• Manage internal and external audits related to costing and production data.
• Address queries and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Work closely with Plant Heads and the COO to improve plant gross profit.
• Provide detailed costing insights for various cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.

2. SAP HANA CO module

• Drive implementation of the SAP HANA Controlling (CO) module.
• Ensure thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
• Conclude month-end costing cycles accurately and timely within SAP.
• Conduct yearly updates of standard costs in SAP.
• Ensure accurate and timely cost releases.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in the CO module.

3. New Product Costing

• Prepare and share costing for new products.
• Collaborate with Plant Stakeholders, R&D Head, and Design Team to finalize cost estimates.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Compile monthly cost sheets for plants and review them with Finance Heads, Plant Heads, and Management regularly
• Prepare and finalize quarterly plant review presentations
• Present finalized reports to Investors and Senior Management.
