• Bolt seal uploading and annexure creation
• Master sheet updation
• ASN submission
• AWB / Sea waybill finalization
• Coordination with brokers for material dispatch
• Hard copy record maintenance
• Sub-invoice data preparation
• Dispatch tracking sheet updation
• BRC record maintenance
• EGM file updation
• Drawback receipt confirmation
• Shipping bill date updation in ERP
• Service provider invoice checking
• Freight cost recoverable activities
• Preparing debit/credit invoices for buyers
