Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Familiarity with document management systems (DMS), email platforms, and file-sharing tools (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox-).

Maintain and manage project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
Organize, archive, and retrieve documents including Transmittals, revision, project Code 2 , As built document uploading on client Drive.
Updating revision, Tracking Revision Codify status.
Uploading of documents on customer suggested path /Drive,
Handling discrepancies or delays in document transmission efficiently.
Ensure document control compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Track document revisions and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.
Prepare and distribute documentation to internal teams and external customer as needed.
Reporting and Communication.

Order Booking:

Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately.
Ensure all order details are complete and verified before booking.
Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for order confirmation and fulfillment

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in document control ,order administration, procurement support, or.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems or order management software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Understanding of PMO processes and documentation standards.
