Campaign managers devise and run marketing campaigns for all our lines of business that target consumers or other businesses. Working in under consultation and advise of the Product Marketing Manager, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats. These can be events, digital, direct mail, print or telesales to help drive pipeline & create brand impact for the business. Campaign managers work with & manage external agencies to execute campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness.
• Plan integrated B2B marketing campaign strategies and execute key programmes - with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns on time and within budgets, and report those to management regularly
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary. Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the organisations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns - Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
• Tightly collaborate with Sify brand, content, and product marketing managers, and internal and external design resources to lead planning and strategic thinking across all touchpoints, be they events, or digital or hybrid.
• Think analytically, critically and logically to help teams develop simple, integrated and elegant approaches to events, email campaigns and other campaigns
• Develop strong recommendations for campaign strategies and plans that are clearly aligned to Sify marketing objectives & goals
• Leverage the martech of choice at Sify to execute all campaigns
• Provide weekly analytics and reports on outcomes being driven
• Management Skills be like the conductors of a symphony managing internal stakeholder relationships, extended marketing teams, agencies to deliver high impact campaigns
• Project Management Skills are crucial to driving deadlines, on multiple projects
• Strategic advising and influence with business and marketing teams across a large corporate environment.
• Martech, Numeric and analytical skills to drive performance metrics on all
