Area Manager - Affordable Housing / Senior Area Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the assigned area.

Credit appraisal for BL Doctor Loans files for the assigned location.

Keeping delinquency under control.

Compliance of policy and processes.

Reporting of location metrics such as Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, and Deviation on a monthly basis as per prescribed format.

Market research and feedback for new product launch.

Feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Practice Emotional Intelligence: Develops the team, supporting them to do more.

Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
