Administrative:
• Responsible for overall HSRP operations of the allotted territory.
• Stock and Inventory reconciliation.
• Embossing, Hot stamping and Quality insurance as per guidelines.
• Expansion of the Dealer network in designated region in urban and rural area.
• Facilitate audit of the HSRP process at Dealers end with FTA HSRP Solutions Pvt Ltd.
• Maintain good relationship with Dealers in the designated region and addressing their queries as and when required.
• Research in Value addition possibilities in HSRP through emerging technologies.
• Reduction on rejection stock.
• Experience day to day operations & MIS reporting.
Revenue Generation:
• Revenue enhancement through dealer model
• Revenue Generation by Sale of Frames and other inventories.
• Responsible for acquisitions of new dealers for business
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• To accomplish the AOP targets by linking monthly sales and marketing planning directly to the operations side of a business.
• Technical training to dealers.
• P&L of zone
Candidate Profile/ Specifications:
An overall experience of 2-3 years in FMCG/Telecom/Banking/Automobile.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational skills and Team Handling Skills
Ability to adopt to new business domain
Educational Profile:
Bachelor Degree/Post Graduation
