Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (Multifunctional Printers, Audio Visual devices etc.).
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), applications, and security updates.
Troubleshoot hardware issues including faulty components, system errors, and network connectivity problems.
Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for productivity tools and business applications.
Set up new user devices including imaging, domain joining, user profile setup, and peripheral configuration.
Handle user account management (Active Directory, email, access rights).
Document incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system and ensure timely resolution and communication.
Support remote users via remote access tools and ensure mobile devices are managed and secure.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and update asset records regularly.
Follow IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
