Job Title: SAP Project Manager Experience: 10+ Years Work Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including hands-on experience with the SAP Activate methodology . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering multiple SAP implementation and rollout projects, demonstrating deep understanding of SAP best practices, stakeholder management, and project governance. This is a full-time opportunity based in Chennai . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate methodology . Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business users and leadership teams. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SAP project management with a successful track record in delivering complex SAP projects. Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks. Experience managing SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration touchpoints. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). PMP/Prince2 or SAP Project Management certification is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams.
