Job Summary:

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs using SAP Activate methodology.
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
  
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional SAP team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  
• Act as the single point of contact for all project-related communications with business and technical stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, blueprinting, and solution validation.
  
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solutions.
  
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party consultants as required.
  
• Drive change management, training, and post-implementation support.
  
• Track project KPIs and report progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  15+ years of total experience

  with at least

  7 years as an SAP Project Manager

  .

• Must have led at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation

  using the

  SAP Activate methodology

  .
• Prior experience working in a

  consulting firm

  (e.g., Big 4, Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT consulting firms) is

  mandatory

  .
• Experience managing

  large teams (50+ resources)

  across onshore/offshore models.
• Strong understanding of core SAP modules and integration points.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to data migration, SAP BTP, Fiori, or other digital transformation tools.
  
• Experience working in global delivery models (GDM).
