IAM and Access Management
• User Lifecycle Management: Process and fulfill standard requests related to
user creation, modification, deletion, and access provisioning/de-provisioning
across various applications and systems.
• Incident Resolution: Serve as the initial point of contact for all IAM-related
incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving L1 access issues such as password
resets, account lockouts, and basic permission errors. Escalate complex or
unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following established procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support activities in the
ticketing system and contribute to updating IAM operational documentation,
runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Endpoint and System Administration
• ManageEngine Operations: Utilize ManageEngine products (e.g., ServiceDesk
Plus, Endpoint Central, Desktop Central) for daily operations, including
logging/tracking tickets, performing Active Directory tasks, and managing system
configurations.
• Endpoint Patching: Assist with the scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of
Endpoint Patching activities to ensure systems comply with security baselines,
using tools like ManageEngine Desktop Central or equivalent.
• Microsoft 365 (M365) & Intune: Provide L1 administrative support for the M365
environment, focusing on:
compliance issues within Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Associate& or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or entry-level IT
Administration role, preferably with a focus on security or access management.
Manage Engine product for IT administration or support (e.g., Service Desk
Plus, Desktop Central).
experience assisting with deployment and troubleshooting.
management in M365 and basic device management tasks in Microsoft
Intune.
